Teams at State Policy Network

Leads State Policy Network’s events strategy, programming, and execution. Oversees a four-person events team while managing complex event production, agendas, speakers, vendors, sponsors, budgets, timelines, and event technology. Builds relationships across the organization and network, coaches staff, improves processes, and represents the organization’s brand. The role is virtual within the United States, with regular travel to SPN events.

Lead and grow a national major gifts program: manage and coach fundraisers, cultivate and solicit donors giving $25,000+, maintain donor strategies and revenue projections, develop complex and planned gifts, partner across teams for prospecting, reporting, and mission-aligned fundraising.
