Provide high-level executive support to the EVP of Corporate Communications and serve as the department operations coordinator. Manage complex calendars, travel, expense reports, and executive communications; coordinate team workflows, meetings, events, budgets, vendor payments, and onboarding; support media monitoring, internal communications, content calendars, newsletters, and special projects to ensure smooth cross-functional alignment.

Lead growth initiatives across sign-up, renewal, and retention flows. Own end-to-end feature execution, experiment design (A/B and multivariate), analytics, and integrations to drive acquisition and reduce churn. Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and analytics to prioritize roadmap, launch tests, and productionalize winning experiments.

Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, serve as first point of contact for HR questions, execute job changes and terminations in Workday, maintain data integrity and position management, partner with COEs, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Communications, and support engagement and compliance activities.
