Mechanical Engineering Intern supporting building design projects under senior engineer guidance. Responsibilities include interpreting multidisciplinary plans, performing HVAC engineering calculations, preparing HVAC and plumbing drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, evaluating engineered systems, verifying code compliance, and collaborating with architects, engineers, designers, and project managers. The intern will also participate in site visits and an integrated summer design project focused on sustainable building solutions.

Provides regional leadership for Project Controls teams across infrastructure projects. Partners with business, finance, operations, and delivery leaders on portfolio margin, risk, forecasting, DSO, resourcing, governance, and performance. Leads project-controls frameworks, standards, change management, team development, and capability building across geographically dispersed groups. Reviews portfolio reporting, identifies emerging risks, delivers executive recommendations, and establishes Project Controls as a strategic business partner.

Develop and scale AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and intelligent automation solutions across Buildings. Responsibilities include designing AI agents and workflows, identifying automation opportunities, delivering training and adoption programs, supporting governance, integrating Microsoft platforms, and measuring business value through analytics and reporting.
