Lead mechanical discipline designs (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) for water and hydro projects through all project phases. Produce BODRs, calculations, drawings, specifications, cost opinions, respond to RFIs, review submittals, attend site visits, coordinate with disciplines, mentor EITs, and perform limited travel (~5%).

Manage design and delivery of building technology systems (telecom, security, AV, networks, nurse call) for A/E/C projects. Provide technical leadership, produce drawings/specs/reports, perform QC, client engagement, site inspections, and support business development across healthcare, education, government, and commercial markets.

Senior Biologist will lead and manage multidisciplinary environmental projects in southern California, perform and supervise field surveys, develop permitting and regulatory strategies (CEQA/NEPA), prepare technical reports, support business development, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients and agencies. Role requires field and occasional travel, GPS/GIS use, and strong botanical, wetland, or wildlife expertise.
