Designs, installs, programs, validates, and supports six-axis robotic automation solutions at customer sites. Partners with sales, customers, and engineering teams to develop applications, create technical enablement materials, test integrations, and contribute to marketing collateral. Requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and software experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial automation environments, with extensive domestic travel and factory-floor work.

The Regional Sales Manager will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the manufacturing and logistics sectors.

Lead a West Coast team of Applications Engineers owning territory technical delivery from pre-sales POCs through post-install support. Act as senior escalation, stay hands-on commissioning robotic cells, set standards, run capacity planning and development, and travel up to 25% for key installs and escalations.
