Owns day-to-day benefits administration, leave and workplace accommodation processes, workers’ compensation cases, HRIS data quality, reporting, and employee support. The role also supports compensation analysis, market benchmarking, pay-equity reviews, annual compensation planning, HR technology launches, vendor coordination, and operational process improvements. This hybrid position serves as an employee-centered total rewards resource across Los Angeles-area locations.

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the OCS team, provide clinical and administrative supervision, ensure service quality and documentation compliance, support crisis management and client care, coordinate with partners, manage budgets, and participate in on-call and funder reporting.
