Ensure accurate, timely shareholder and closing-day payments, enforce controls, manage exceptions and reconciliations, partner with banks and cross-functional teams, deliver reporting, and drive process improvements and scalability while building and coaching a high-performing team. Series 99 license required.

Lead and oversee daily Client Services operations, manage and develop a team, handle escalations, maintain training materials and reporting, improve processes, coordinate schedules, and ensure accurate client and shareholder responses.

The Payments Manager oversees shareholder payment processing, manages a team for payment approvals and reconciliations, and ensures documentation compliance to prevent fraud.
