Travel between patient homes using your own vehicle, ensure proper labeling and transport of specimens, document care using mobile charting tools, and maintain professional, compassionate patient interactions while meeting required certifications and vaccination requirements.

The Collaborating Physician oversees the Nurse Practitioner, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
