Provides technical support and troubleshooting for ELD hardware, software, and connectivity. Trains drivers and dispatchers on ELD use, Hours of Service, and electronic log maintenance. Monitors data for FMCSA compliance, identifies exceptions, prepares reports, resolves user questions, documents recurring issues, and coordinates escalations with vendors or IT. Maintains knowledge of changing regulations and supports process improvements across fleet operations.

Automate accounting and finance workflows across business systems, data exports, reports, and operational data sources. Responsibilities include improving reconciliations, journal-entry preparation, close tracking, reporting, exception management, and controls; building scripts, dashboards, templates, and workflows; connecting systems; documenting processes; and collaborating with accounting, finance, operations, and technology teams.

Design, train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models. Prepare and analyze large datasets, improve model performance through experiments, and collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML solutions into production while staying current with ML techniques.
