Lead Underwriting, Processing, and Closing teams to drive origination, quality, velocity, and homeowner experience. Build and coach production leaders, set operational goals, monitor metrics, remove bottlenecks, scale processes, lead change management, own Salesforce reporting and analytics, execute workforce planning, and implement investment risk policy to increase capacity and operational effectiveness.

As Manager of Underwriting, you'll lead a team in making accurate underwriting decisions, manage hiring and performance, and improve processes.

As a Manager of Processing, you'll oversee a team, manage performance metrics, cultivate team culture, and drive data-driven decisions for loan processing.
