Partner with Sphere Studios & Tech Ops leadership to design and improve cross-functional workflows, manage time-tracking and capacity planning, build SOPs and dashboards, provide data-driven staffing and budget insights, drive alignment across teams, and recommend tools and automation to increase operational efficiency.

Design and produce original, scalable experiential and motion content across brand, marketing, and immersive platforms. Develop identity systems, storyboards, animatics, pitch decks, and production-ready motion designs. Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to research, ideate, and execute visual concepts for environmental, digital, print, and merchandise applications while meeting fast-paced deadlines and adapting to feedback.

Lead creative direction and execution for large-scale immersive experiences and integrated marketing campaigns. Manage cross-functional teams from concept through production, steward design quality, build client relationships, mentor designers, and deliver on feasibility, budgets, and brand objectives during a roughly 12-week, full-time onsite engagement.
