Provides acquisition strategy, program planning, contract management, financial tracking, technical assessments, and launch support for Department of Defense space launch systems. Advises government program managers, evaluates contractor progress and risks, develops acquisition documents and briefings, coordinates meetings and staffing, and supports funding, milestone reviews, and award fee activities. Requires DoD acquisition expertise and TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Provides onsite security control assessment, systems engineering, and technical advisory support for NRO satellite, communications, network, and crypto acquisition programs. Conducts independent RMF security control assessments, prepares reports and briefings, reviews acquisition documentation and CDRL deliverables, coordinates stakeholders, and supports program reviews. Requires NRO satellite systems experience, extensive relevant experience, active TS/SCI with polygraph, and domestic travel up to 25%.

Manages project management professionals supporting U.S. Space Force weapon-system portfolios. Advises government program managers on acquisition strategies, baselines, schedules, contracts, budgets, risks, and execution. Oversees acquisition planning, status reporting, technical reviews, contractor assessments, integrated master schedules, program funding coordination, and financial reporting across the systems acquisition lifecycle.
