Supervises daily retail store activities, delivers exceptional rider service, supports sales and profitability goals, mentors team members, maintains visual merchandising and cleanliness standards, and performs opening and closing duties when the manager is absent. The role requires cycling passion, strong communication, weekend availability, dependable attendance, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
