The Controller will own monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, revenue recognition, order-to-cash, internal controls, and audit readiness. They will build accounting policies and infrastructure, select and implement ERP and billing systems, adopt AI finance tools, oversee outsourced accounting, and eventually hire and lead an internal accounting team. The role requires strong US GAAP and ASC 606 expertise, systems fluency, startup-building ability, and 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience.

Own customer account growth, renewals, expansion, adoption, retention, referrals, and customer experience. Develop lifecycle engagement programs, analyze customer data, lead strategic business reviews, resolve escalated issues, and identify expansion opportunities. Partner with Sales as a subject matter expert and solutions architect while coordinating cross-functional resources to improve customer outcomes and revenue performance.

Own full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, customer experience, revenue operations, partnerships, engineering, and product. Partner with hiring managers, source and engage candidates, build talent pipelines, manage interview processes, deliver strong candidate experiences, analyze recruiting metrics, and support talent strategy in a high-growth startup environment.
