Owns relationships with government agencies and transit operators, driving platform adoption, value realization, account health, renewals, and expansion. Develops success plans, conducts business reviews, identifies risks and growth opportunities, maintains CRM data, and collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Implementation, Support, and Product. Requires frequent customer travel across Canada and the United States, including short-notice onsite visits.
