Design, analyze, test, and produce Flight Termination System hardware and explosive devices for Starship. Lead reliability testing, manufacturing integration, root-cause investigations, regulatory interfacing, and documentation to achieve high-yield, safety-critical component delivery.

Provide solutions-oriented legal counsel on complex corporate transactions, strategic investments, commercial agreements, stock administration, and corporate governance. Manage domestic and international corporate affairs, draft transaction playbooks, support diligence/negotiation/integration, train internal teams, and partner cross‑functionally to identify and mitigate legal risk.

Design and layout complex multilayer PCBs (20+ layers) for Starship, including component placement, high-speed/RF routing, SI/PI simulation, manufacturability analysis, vendor collaboration, fabrication deliverables, and cross-functional integration and prototype support.
