The role requires expertise in imaging systems, optics, detectors, modeling, simulation, and algorithm validation, with onsite work in El Segundo and up to 20% domestic travel.

Drive delivery of mission-critical software capabilities for next-generation space systems. Coordinate software, hardware, systems, and test teams; remove roadblocks; manage project scope, schedules, costs, risks, dependencies, procurement needs, and milestones. Lead cross-functional planning and communicate technical tradeoffs to stakeholders. The role is onsite in El Segundo, California, with up to 20% domestic travel.

Manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiations, compliance, modifications, documentation, performance, and closeout. Advise teams on FAR, DFARS, ITAR, export controls, contractual risks, and regulatory obligations. Negotiate complex agreements with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors while supporting program managers, executives, legal, accounting, operations, and engineering teams.

Administer and optimize Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including users, permissions, workflows, upgrades, integrations, system monitoring, databases, backups, and disaster recovery.
