Own the SaaS renewal process for an assigned customer portfolio, managing relationships, leading negotiations, identifying upsell opportunities, forecasting accurately, and meeting renewal quotas. Partner with Account Management and Customer Success, improve renewal processes, use AI and automation to streamline workflows, and ensure strong customer experiences and operational execution throughout the renewal lifecycle.

Leads the strategy, architecture, governance, security, and delivery roadmap for Sovos’s global Salesforce ecosystem and connected business applications. Manages Salesforce administrators and developers, CPQ, integrations, DevOps, M&A system integration, privacy compliance, budgets, and executive stakeholder communication. The role drives Agile delivery, platform modernization, data governance, and scalable solutions across sales, service, finance, and professional services.

The FP&A Manager partners with Managed and Professional Services leadership to guide budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, resource allocation, profitability, pricing, and margin improvement. The role develops workforce and demand models, evaluates engagement-level performance, delivers executive reporting and variance analysis, and manages operational review and board reporting processes. It also collaborates with Accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data, leveraging tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve analysis and decision-making.
