Provides customer support and administrative assistance to athletes, parents, coaches, and prospective members. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, explaining programs and registration, updating accounts, resolving concerns, maintaining records, communicating schedule and event updates, coordinating with staff, and supporting tournaments and club activities. Requires strong communication, organization, empathy, accurate recordkeeping, and proficiency with common office and customer-management tools.
