Teams at Sophos

Quota-carrying renewals sales representative responsible for managing renewal pipelines, achieving renewal and expansion targets, mitigating customer retention risks, and partnering with account executives, channel partners, and customer success teams. The role manages end-to-end renewals processes, maintains Salesforce forecasts, develops account plans, supports expansion opportunities, and builds relationships with customers and decision-makers. Success requires renewal sales experience, negotiation and closing skills, cybersecurity acumen, and proficiency with Salesforce and related sales tools.

Provides global technical leadership for Sophos’s MSSP program and AI security solutions. Designs architectures, leads technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of value, and builds labs, attack simulations, and reusable technical assets. Advises partners on managed security service delivery, integrations, automation, and operational readiness. Acts as a cybersecurity and AI security subject-matter expert, mentors technical teams, supports cross-functional product efforts, and represents Sophos in customer and industry engagements. Travel up to 50% across North America and internationally is required.

Owns territory sales for Sophos cybersecurity solutions across mid-market and enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, opportunity qualification, customer acquisition, renewals, cross-selling, partner-channel development, executive relationship management, sales forecasting in Salesforce, and coordinating presales, marketing, channel, and inside-sales teams. The role requires meeting quotas, selling through a 100% channel model, maintaining product and competitive knowledge, and traveling to customer and partner sites.
