Lead GTM finance for Renewals and Customer Success: own topline and Opex analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance and cohort analyses, scenario modeling, and executive reporting. Partner with GTM Finance, Renewal Ops, Customer Success, Sales Ops, and BI to improve renewal forecasting, retention visibility, data quality, and metric governance, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Lead and scale enterprise customer success for a cybersecurity SaaS provider: optimize customer lifecycle, reduce churn, drive renewals and expansion, build CS operations and reporting, engage executives on complex issues, and align cross-functionally to improve adoption and product outcomes.
