Provides executive oversight of multiple domestic and international unscripted television productions from development through delivery. Responsibilities include production strategy, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, financial controls, staffing, vendor and contract negotiations, risk management, compliance, and relationships with networks, platforms, production companies, and creative teams. The role leads senior production personnel, manages complex studio and location operations, supports production economics, and drives operational excellence across a substantial production portfolio.

Engineer and modernize enterprise Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Automate platform administration using Graph API, Terraform, and scripting; strengthen identity, security, governance, and endpoint management; troubleshoot complex production issues; and lead technical projects, reliability improvements, documentation, and operational practices across technology teams.

Supports entertainment franchise growth through market, audience, category, and competitor analysis; business-case development; financial modeling; budget and KPI tracking; executive presentations; and cross-functional project workstream ownership. The trainee develops recommendations for consumer products, experiences, partnerships, and fan engagement while coordinating milestones, risks, action plans, and stakeholder follow-through. The role is intended for a recent MBA graduate interested in entertainment, media, brand management, licensing, strategy, or business development.
