Lead design, administration, development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM and Demand Management. Build workflows, UI policies, scripts, imports and scheduled jobs. Provide advanced troubleshooting, bug fixes, root cause analysis, change-management-driven production reliability, and technical leadership including peer code reviews and best-practices enforcement.
