Performs warehouse logistics operations, including receiving, shipping, RMA processing, inventory control, cycle counting, order picking, packaging, and ERP/WMS data entry. Maintains warehouse organization and safety, operates material-handling equipment, and coordinates with carriers and internal teams. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, ERP/WMS experience, and several years of warehouse and shipping-and-receiving experience.

Leads and develops a Southern California MDU sales team through coaching, field observations, side-by-side selling, performance accountability, and sales reporting. The role drives fiber sales growth in multi-dwelling communities, supports onboarding, identifies territory and process improvements, handles field escalations, and ensures policy, safety, and brand compliance. It requires regular travel throughout the LA market, outdoor canvassing, evening and weekend availability, and hands-on team leadership.
