Help Mercedes-Benz customers activate and use the me Connect app and connected vehicle features. Guide users through account setup, vehicle pairing, navigation, remote functions, and digital services; troubleshoot common connectivity and Bluetooth issues; explain technology clearly; and partner with Sales and Service teams to support customers during delivery and ownership. The role requires strong customer service, communication, patience, organization, technology comfort, and a valid driver’s license.

Guides account activation, vehicle pairing, navigation, remote functions, and digital services; troubleshoots app, Bluetooth, connectivity, and activation issues; and partners with Sales and Service teams during vehicle delivery and ownership. The role requires strong communication, patience, technological comfort, organization, and a customer-focused approach.

Respond to dealership internet inquiries, enter customer data into CRM systems, generate sales appointments, conduct customer phone surveys, manage leads, prepare reports, and provide courteous, ethical customer service. The role requires learning vehicle inventory, financing, incentives, and dealership services while maintaining accurate customer records and tracking purchasing interest.
