Works with the culinary team to clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, kitchen surfaces and equipment according to time, product, and placement standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Execute hotel sales strategies to achieve occupancy, ADR, and market share goals. Develop and maintain accounts (especially extended stay), forecast revenue, create tactical sales plans, coordinate with hotel departments and regional leadership, prospect at events, and act as manager on duty as needed.

Lead hotel financial operations, ensuring accurate monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, compliance (GAAP, SOX, USALI), and risk management. Oversee AR/AP, payroll, cash, audits, staffing, and collaborate with department managers and owners to improve profitability and operational performance.
