Lead hotel sales and marketing by developing and executing local sales strategies, building client relationships, managing accounts and sales staff, and collaborating with revenue management and marketing to meet occupancy, ADR, and market share goals. Produce forecasts and reports, represent the hotel at events and media, ensure compliance with laws, perform manager-on-duty duties, and handle travel and physical responsibilities as required.

Execute hotel sales strategies to achieve occupancy, ADR, and market share goals. Develop and maintain accounts (especially extended stay), forecast revenue, create tactical sales plans, coordinate with hotel departments and regional leadership, prospect at events, and act as manager on duty as needed.

Lead hotel financial operations, ensuring accurate monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, compliance (GAAP, SOX, USALI), and risk management. Oversee AR/AP, payroll, cash, audits, staffing, and collaborate with department managers and owners to improve profitability and operational performance.
