Oversee all litigation phases, manage outside counsel and budgets, translate technical concepts with engineering teams, and advise executive leadership and the board on legal risk and regulatory responses across jurisdictions.

Lead the companys patent acquisition and business development for semiconductor/DRAM technologies. Source and negotiate high-value patent purchases and licenses, manage deal lifecycle and due diligence, build industry relationships, and collaborate with executive, legal, engineering, IP, and external counsel.

Provide product-focused legal counsel across the full product lifecycle, advising on AI/ML, privacy, IP, and open-source issues; draft and negotiate technology licensing and integration agreements; support trademark, acquisitions integration, and incident response; help build privacy-by-design practices and shape product legal function as it scales.
