Lead corporate legal, global employment, and Legal Operations functions for a high-growth AI-native SaaS company. Oversee governance, securities/ equity programs, transactions, international subsidiaries, employment policies, legal tooling, and cross-functional compliance. Manage one Legal Operations professional, partner with Finance and People, and advise on AI-related legal and regulatory risks.
