Oversee daily operations at a concierge emergency clinic, supervising front desk, patient care, radiology, laboratory, and support staff. Manage workflows, scheduling, payroll, inventory, patient and employee concerns, vendor relationships, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions. Partner with clinical and operations leaders to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional patient experiences while protecting confidential medical information.

Operate CT and X-ray equipment to perform diagnostic imaging, ensure accurate labeling and patient identification, monitor patient well-being, run CLIA lab tests and QC, document results in Athena Health and Salesforce, and perform related clerical duties on a part-time night/weekend schedule.
