Reviews physician orders, verifies patient information, labels and documents images, monitors patient well-being, and responds to clinical concerns. Conducts CLIA laboratory testing and quality control, enters patient data in Athena Health and Salesforce, maintains HIPAA compliance, and performs related clerical duties.

Oversee daily operations at a concierge emergency clinic, supervising front desk, patient care, radiology, laboratory, and support staff. Manage workflows, scheduling, payroll, inventory, patient and employee concerns, vendor relationships, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions. Partner with clinical and operations leaders to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional patient experiences while protecting confidential medical information.
