Responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing safety standards, providing technical support, conducting audits, offering training, and maintaining ARA software.

Lead and execute cross-functional productivity and digital projects from scoping through governance, building business cases, aligning targets with P&L and FP&A, driving change management, and reporting monthly results to executives. Manage multiple projects, create project artifacts, run gate reviews, and ensure adoption and AOP impact.

Serve as subject-matter expert for leaves of absence (FMLA, ADAAA, state/local, USERRA, STD/LTD, WC), manage end-to-end leave and return-to-work processes, coordinate with third-party administrators and internal partners, handle escalations, maintain documentation and reporting, and improve leave-related processes and automation.
