Lead a remote team of 9–11 Regional Account Managers across the Western U.S. and Canada. Drive regional sales growth, profitability, market share, customer and distributor relationships, pipeline management, forecasting, product adoption, and commercial excellence. Coach and develop sales representatives, support negotiations and closings, manage regional planning and budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role requires up to 60% travel, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and access to an international airport.

Manages a San Diego territory of retail accounts by conducting food safety and sanitation audits, recommending corrective actions, installing and maintaining chemical dispensing equipment, training store personnel, and resolving service issues. The role requires customer relationship management, administrative reporting, inventory and vehicle maintenance, safety compliance, and extended regional driving with overnight stays. Candidates need food safety or sanitation experience, strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to obtain NEHA food safety certification.

Provide technical and training support to North American commercial sales, identify and develop water/wastewater treatment solutions, design and execute trials, maintain and grow product lines with R&D/Product Management, build customer and internal technical relationships, document product validation, and act as a safety leader. Manage portions of a product line or SBU with minimal supervision.

Lead automation projects across design, engineering, implementation, commissioning and lifecycle support. Serve as technical authority for control systems (DCS), provide cybersecurity and operational support, collaborate with sites and vendors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and travel for commissioning as needed.

Responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing safety standards, providing technical support, conducting audits, offering training, and maintaining ARA software.
