Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay product lifecycle across Coupa and NetSuite, including roadmap strategy, process optimization, requirements, implementations, integrations, UAT, documentation, and user enablement. Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, executives, and offshore delivery teams to modernize purchasing, invoicing, vendor management, and payment processes while improving efficiency and spend visibility.

Own the strategy, architecture, roadmap, governance, and delivery of SolarWinds’ Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, PRM, and Quote-to-Cash platforms. Lead product managers, analysts, administrators, developers, and offshore delivery teams while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Channel leadership. Drive CRM and CPQ transformation, including migration to Salesforce Revenue Cloud, platform optimization, adoption, release quality, business outcomes, and executive stakeholder alignment.

Owns the Salesforce CPQ product backlog and day-to-day agile delivery within IT Business Applications. The role designs and improves Quote-to-Cash processes, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, quoting, contracting, amendments, and renewals. Responsibilities include stakeholder discovery, requirements and user-story definition, sprint leadership, release readiness, issue triage, and coordination with distributed Salesforce developers. The Product Owner also contributes to Salesforce Revenue Cloud modernization and partners with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and adjacent IT teams.
