Set up and operate lathes, mill/drill and surface grinders using prints/O.I.S.; perform independent machine setup, make program corrections, use precision measuring instruments, maintain tooling and coolant, troubleshoot machine issues, and report damage to ensure parts meet specifications.

Coordinate and monitor material supply for assigned projects, develop and execute MRP-driven material plans, manage supplier commitments and delivery status, analyze inventory and mitigate shortages, maintain ERP/MRP data, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve material availability and reduce lead times.

Set up and operate OD/ID gear grinding machines to correct geometry on shafts, splines, and gears. Use precision instruments and optical equipment, dress and balance wheels, inspect and document finished parts, follow EH&S procedures, and perform related gear machining tasks.
