Analyze healthcare operations data to identify bottlenecks, model advocate capacity and supply-demand, build scalable Hex dashboards, refine SQL and dbt data transformations, and translate complex findings into operational recommendations. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Finance to improve workflows, reporting, resource allocation, and business outcomes across the patient and advocate journey.

Lead hands-on full-stack development of scalable product features, from database models through UI components. Set technical direction, architect and optimize systems, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, improve workflows, and champion testing, code quality, and continuous deployment. Collaborate with product and design teams, resolve technical bottlenecks, and lead production releases in a fast-paced startup environment.

Support patients and healthcare advocates through phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include confirming appointments, troubleshooting issues, resolving inquiries, onboarding clients, documenting feedback, reporting platform problems, and helping improve the customer experience. The role requires empathy, attention to detail, basic technical troubleshooting skills, adaptability across shifts, and the ability to handle complex or difficult conversations.
