Lead end-to-end member and customer experience across Care, Customer Success, and Print/Ship Operations. Set multi-year operating model, own budget and unit economics, build and manage leadership teams, drive service levels and fulfillment throughput, manage vendor strategy, own technology and analytics roadmaps, and represent the function in executive reviews, client QBRs, and new business pursuits.

Lead People Operations to design and execute talent, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs. Advise senior leadership, build the People Ops team, manage change initiatives, measure organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting a remote-first, high-growth company.
