What's It Like to Work at Snap! Mobile?

The main reason I love Snap is what I call my Snap Fam. Being in this business long enough, you meet a lot of people from across the country. Working at Snap Raise, I have made many friends I now call family.

On my job search over 5 years ago I was looking for a young, high-growth company whose mission I was passionate about, with leaders I could learn from, and the opportunity to advance my career. Snap! has over-delivered on that for me, and then some.

I spent my first 7 years at Snap! training reps. During that time I got to know our people and their needs which allowed me to support the improvement of varied experiences. That led to my current position where I get to use my expertise to create tools for our reps to be more effective. I now get to use my knowledge in a new, impactful way!

When I first spoke with our recruiter four years ago, I knew right away that working at Snap was going to be a dream come true—and that feeling has only gotten stronger over time. As someone who is driven by the opportunity to help others, I’ve been lucky to spend my days chasing my own goals while helping local programs raise the funds they need.

What keeps me motivated day-to-day is the incredible team I’m surrounded by. Over the past 6 ½ years, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside amazing teammates and leaders. I want to ensure they can trust that what needs to be done, is getting done. At the end of the day, the most rewarding part of being employed by Snap! Mobile is the people.
