Leads daily IT infrastructure, systems, cloud, network, and end-user support operations. Owns IT general controls, SOX compliance, access reviews, security policies, business continuity, disaster recovery, system performance, and operational metrics. Manages user provisioning, permissions, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, audit walkthroughs, evidence collection, control remediation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Supports the legal team and real estate acquisition group from contract to closing. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing transaction documents, coordinating agreements, managing schedules and deadlines, supporting litigation and insurance matters, maintaining trackers and reports, and organizing legal and real estate records. The role is fully onsite Monday through Friday in Ladera Ranch, California, and requires strong communication, confidentiality, organization, legal knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

The Corporate Accountant performs general accounting activities, maintains the general ledger, prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, supplemental schedules, and variance reports. The role supports monthly consolidations, property accountant reporting, external audits, treasury management, and senior management reporting. Candidates need an accounting, finance, or business degree, 1–3 years of public or private accounting experience, knowledge of financial and cost accounting, GAAP proficiency, strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.
