The Customer Solutions Architect drives client success strategies, improves internal processes, increases satisfaction and retention, and ensures timely service delivery.

Manage a portfolio of paid media clients across major platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft). Serve as primary client contact, lead meetings and reporting, identify growth and upsell opportunities, optimize campaigns, mentor junior staff, delegate to specialists, and perform local SEO and campaign execution when needed.

Act as the primary client relationship lead, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account profitability. Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, align strategy with client goals, solicit feedback, resolve high-level conflicts, identify growth opportunities, and advocate for clients internally to drive long-term partnerships.
