Teams at Smart City Networks

Installs, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks for event venues. Provides Tier 2 escalation support, manages routing and upstream provider issues, supports wireless and hotspot services, documents network changes, coordinates maintenance, and occasionally travels for onsite technical support. Participates in a weekly on-call rotation with 24/7 availability while on call.
