Lead all financial functions for a growing omnichannel subscription CPG business: financial planning, GAAP reporting, treasury and working capital, systems (ERP/OMS/EDI) roadmap, audit and controls, board and investor reporting, and transaction readiness. Drive unit economics, margin reporting across channels, capital allocation, and readiness for M&A or financing while developing a lean finance organization.

The SVP of Marketing will lead demand generation strategies across DTC, e-tail, and retail channels, ensuring alignment and accountability. Responsibilities include managing the marketing mix, overseeing campaign execution, driving e-tail performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

As the Senior Art Director, you will lead visual creative direction, manage the design team, oversee creative processes, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms while adapting to new category needs. You will bridge communication between departments and articulate creative decisions effectively.
