Own the conversion funnel from discovery through first purchase. Run high-velocity A/B and landing-page experiments, partner with marketing on tracking/attribution and MarTech, evolve commerce (subscription and one-time), and drive platform/internal tooling work with engineering to improve conversion and personalization.

As the Senior Art Director, you will lead visual creative direction, manage the design team, oversee creative processes, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms while adapting to new category needs. You will bridge communication between departments and articulate creative decisions effectively.

The SVP of Marketing will lead demand generation strategies across DTC, e-tail, and retail channels, ensuring alignment and accountability. Responsibilities include managing the marketing mix, overseeing campaign execution, driving e-tail performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.
