Leads a software engineering team building backend services, APIs, and product integrations. Responsibilities include people management, technical direction, architecture reviews, delivery planning, vendor coordination, API and integration standards, testing, observability, security, release readiness, and production support. The manager also recruits and develops engineers, manages dependencies and risks, and ensures reliable, maintainable solutions across internal teams, customers, and external technology partners.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Technology. Build sourcing strategies, develop technical fluency, advise hiring managers, use recruiting data to guide decisions, manage multiple searches, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Partner with People, Compensation, Legal, Security, and other teams while improving recruiting processes and maintaining accurate ATS data.

Leads capture strategy and proposal development for government, defense, intelligence, commercial, and international pursuits. Builds capture plans, coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners, oversees compliant submissions, supports pricing and competitive analysis, establishes scalable processes, and develops the Capture & Proposals team. Requires extensive federal acquisition, proposal leadership, stakeholder management, and security-clearance eligibility experience.
