Territory Manager responsible for full-cycle outside sales to acquire and expand relationships with local pizzerias in the Escondido–Mission Viejo territory. Meet owners in-person, recommend Slice solutions (POS, online/phone ordering, discounts), drive Family Membership adoption, and maximize shop profitability. Majority of time spent traveling within assigned territory.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services (primarily Python/Flask). Own projects end-to-end, identify high-impact opportunities, collaborate across remote teams, ensure reliability with testing, monitoring, and DevOps practices, and iterate based on product/customer feedback.

Own end-to-end US payroll for 300+ employees, ensuring accurate biweekly/semi-monthly processing, multi-state compliance, deductions and garnishments, benefits and 401(k) reconciliation, payroll reporting and GL reconciliations, and support year-end activities. Lead migration from UKG Pro to ADP and integrate HiBob, drive process improvements, and collaborate with People, Finance, and external vendors.
