Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Slate’s automotive accessories portfolio, from customer research and business case development through launch, performance management, and sunset. Lead cross-functional execution across design, engineering, supply chain, finance, legal, brand, and commercial teams. Manage licensing and reseller agreements, make product trade-offs, conduct market studies, present recommendations to leadership, and support supplier and office-site activities.

Owns day-to-day and long-term PR and communications operations, including planning, program tracking, budgets, timelines, documentation, vendor coordination, and cross-functional status management. Works cross-functionally with fulfillment, logistics, service, accessories, and internal teams to improve delivery operations, partner satisfaction, customer experience, and cost effectiveness.

Leads Regional Partner Operations Specialists and manages relationships with vehicle delivery partners. Responsibilities include partner onboarding, performance management, issue resolution, metrics tracking, invoice validation, cost analysis, inventory reporting, cycle counting, vehicle repairs, and cross-functional process improvement across fulfillment, logistics, service, and accessories teams.

Manage and coordinate design projects from concept through execution. Create and update project plans, track budgets and schedules, liaise with cross-functional stakeholders, organize physical modeling and surfacing deliverables, procure tools and materials, produce project reports and dashboards, identify risks and critical paths, and support Design leadership to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Build and deploy production AI/ML and GenAI systems across the full model lifecycle. Develop RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, data pipelines, labeling workflows, evaluation frameworks, and MLOps infrastructure. Apply AI to manufacturing, computer vision, predictive maintenance, supply chain, forecasting, inventory, supplier risk, and logistics. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Build and deploy production AI/ML features across the model lifecycle, including GenAI systems, RAG pipelines, data pipelines, evaluation infrastructure, and MLOps. Apply machine learning to manufacturing, supply chain, computer vision, predictive maintenance, forecasting, inventory, and logistics problems. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, including planning, risk management, integrations, process documentation, change management, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting. The role partners with business and technical teams, supports technology roadmaps, standardizes PMO practices, facilitates governance, and manages system implementations from requirements through hypercare in a fast-paced automotive startup environment.

Supports corporate FP&A and G&A business partners through forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and financial decision support. The role contributes to annual planning, monthly forecast cycles, close support, and improvements to planning tools and processes, including Workday Adaptive Planning. It requires translating financial data into actionable insights and building trusted relationships with department leaders.

Supports corporate FP&A through Workday Adaptive Planning by developing dashboards, variance reports, forecasts, and consolidated reporting. Maintains planning structures, assumptions, hierarchies, and versions; manages forecast inputs for expenses, margins, headcount, and capital expenditures. Designs and improves the legal department’s operating model, including intake, triage, marketing review, contract management, knowledge management, and e-billing. Leads legal technology selection and implementation, develops playbooks and self-service resources, builds performance dashboards, supports budgeting and strategic planning, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives with Finance, IT, Marketing, executives, vendors, and outside counsel.

Leads Slate’s GenAI strategy, architecture, and production deployment across vehicle engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, software, and go-to-market operations. Owns enterprise-scale GenAI platforms, agentic systems, data and context layers, model serving, evaluation, guardrails, and observability. Applies physical AI to robotics, computer vision, predictive maintenance, and factory feedback loops. Recruits and develops a high-performing technical team while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, stakeholder engagement, and technical standards.

Own the strategy and roadmap for vehicle delivery across fleet and retail customers. Define product requirements, manage partner integrations, gather customer and industry insights, and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, commercial, and leadership teams. Drive agile product development, continuous improvement, and delivery of complex, operationally intensive products, including AI-powered features, in a fast-paced startup environment.

Manage the end-to-end pre-signature contracting process for commercial agreements across buy-side and sell-side transactions. Review and redline contracts, coordinate stakeholder input, identify risks, and escalate deviations. Maintain templates, clause libraries, playbooks, contract records, and SharePoint resources. Support CLM tools, workflow improvement, change management, process standardization, and contracting metrics while guiding non-lawyers across Legal, Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service teams.
