Slate (slate.auto) Benefits Overview

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Slate’s automotive accessories portfolio, from customer research and business case development through launch, performance management, and sunset. Lead cross-functional execution across design, engineering, supply chain, finance, legal, brand, and commercial teams. Manage licensing and reseller agreements, make product trade-offs, conduct market studies, present recommendations to leadership, and support supplier and office-site activities.

Owns day-to-day and long-term PR and communications operations, including planning, program tracking, budgets, timelines, documentation, vendor coordination, and cross-functional status management. Coordinates fleet and event readiness, identifies brand visibility opportunities, monitors competitive risks, and proactively resolves conflicts. Partners with Marketing, Fleet, Distribution, Program Management, Design, and Engineering to keep communications programs on brand and on schedule.

Manage SI&OP analysts and lead sales, inventory, and operations planning across Slate business units. Develop demand forecasts, optimize inventory, align procurement and production with customer demand, resolve planning imbalances, track KPIs, and execute monthly planning cycles. Drive process standardization and continuous improvement while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, purchasing, production, finance, and fulfillment teams.
