Refactor and migrate legacy U.S. Air Force web applications to a DoD software factory with minimal downtime. Build secure, tested software; identify technical debt; improve CI/CD and engineering practices; communicate technical tradeoffs to government stakeholders; and coach government engineers and military developers. The role works remotely with cross-functional teams and includes occasional travel to Air Force bases.

Own test strategy for a portfolio of government web applications, build automated regression suites, integrate testing into CI/CD, and lead four test engineers. The role replaces manual regression, improves release confidence and delivery speed, and embeds security into development pipelines. Responsibilities include coaching government testers and engineers, communicating readiness to nontechnical stakeholders, and supporting adoption of sustainable testing practices in a U.S. Air Force environment.

Lead technical product strategy and delivery for federal modernization initiatives at ACF. Partner with researchers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and government stakeholders to define products, prioritize roadmaps, translate policy into technical solutions, deliver AI-enabled workflows, modernize legacy systems, and measure impact. The role includes client consulting, service design, agile delivery, technical architecture tradeoffs, stakeholder management, and government capacity building.
