Customer-facing program manager responsible for delivery and implementation of Skydio contracts with the Los Angeles Police Department. Plan and manage end-to-end deployments, translate customer requirements to engineering and product teams, manage risk, budget, schedule, and stakeholder relationships, and support go-to-market and business activities. Requires deep law enforcement or military experience and technical familiarity with UAS systems.

Own end-to-end commercial drone deployments, including planning, pilots, scaled rollouts, operational handoffs, and post-launch stabilization. Manage cross-functional hardware, software, operational, regulatory, logistical, schedule, dependency, and risk workstreams. Partner with customers to develop procedures, safety controls, training, maintenance, and support plans, while coordinating internal teams and translating field requirements into product and engineering deliverables.

Manage marketing operations across campaign execution, digital customer journeys, lead lifecycle programs, segmentation, routing, reporting, and data governance. Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and growth teams to reduce buying friction, improve campaign processes, document and train teams on operational workflows, and increase confidence in marketing data. The role also provides strategic guidance and manages nurture, reactivation, scoring, and trigger-based engagement programs.
