Lead inquiry-based, interactive school and family tours for TK–12 students using storytelling, puppetry, music, movement, and hands-on activities. Prepare materials, supervise lunches, maintain gallery spaces, participate in training, collaborate with the education team, and support family programs and occasional off-site workshops.

As a Visitor Experience Associate, you will greet visitors, provide information, perform sales transactions, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Provide administrative, organizational, and fiscal support to Museum leadership: schedule meetings, manage acquisition proposals and correspondence, liaise with Finance for invoices and budgets, track contracts, coordinate travel and events, maintain digital and physical files, and serve as front-line contact using Microsoft Teams and the Altru database.
