Provide administrative, organizational, and fiscal support to Museum leadership: schedule meetings, manage acquisition proposals and correspondence, liaise with Finance for invoices and budgets, track contracts, coordinate travel and events, maintain digital and physical files, and serve as front-line contact using Microsoft Teams and the Altru database.

Perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks to pack, move, crate, store, and care for museum objects. Build crates and transport materials, coordinate offsite moves, and apply museum best practices for handling, installation/deinstallation, and maintenance of artifacts and ephemera.

The Controller leads financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in accounting processes. Responsibilities include managing audits, cash flow, budgeting, and team leadership.

As a Visitor Experience Associate, you will greet visitors, provide information, perform sales transactions, and ensure a positive guest experience.
