Lead sales floor performance and deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments. Support opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, and register reconciliation. Coach and mentor Sales Associates, assist onboarding, ensure operational checklists and safety/compliance tasks are completed, and provide coverage across clinics as needed. Work full-time on-site with weekend availability required.

Lead sales floor performance and deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments. Support opening/closing, register reconciliation, inventory, merchandising, and operational checklists. Coach and mentor sales associates, assist onboarding, provide shift-level leadership and escalate issues to management. Maintain compliance, safety, and loss-prevention standards; provide occasional coverage at neighboring clinics and participate in events or trainings.

Provide in-person sales and client service at a skincare clinic: achieve sales and conversion goals, educate clients on products and memberships, handle POS/cash and inventory, execute opening/closing, coach and train peers, maintain compliance and clinic standards, and work flexible weekend schedules.
