Collect, process, and reconcile patient payments before and at time of service. Verify insurance eligibility, post payments, reconcile daily batches, manage payment plans, resolve discrepancies, and communicate billing information to patients while complying with HIPAA and PCI-DSS.

Provide daily on-site IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals; set up and onboard new hires; perform repairs and maintenance; manage inventory and MDM enrollment; maintain cable organization and conference-room readiness; assist with basic network troubleshooting and endpoint security deployment.

The Technical Project Manager leads software development deployments, collaborates with teams, manages vendor integration, and drives AI implementations while ensuring project success through communication and risk management.
