Post insurance and patient payments, adjustments, and denials using EOBs/ERAs; reconcile daily payment batches; communicate with payers on variances; support A/R to reduce outstanding balances; ensure billing compliance.

Process and reconcile patient payments before and at time of service, post payments, verify insurance eligibility, manage payment plans, reconcile daily batches, resolve discrepancies, communicate with patients about billing, and maintain HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance.

Provide administrative and coordination support for the IT/Development department: own meeting cadence and notes, track action items, coordinate vendor outreach and demos, manage calendars and correspondence, maintain documentation and forms, assist with invoices/budgets, and support small projects. Acts as departmental point of contact and may respond on the Director's behalf when appropriate.
