Provide administrative and coordination support for the IT/Development department: run meeting cadence and notes, track action items, coordinate vendors and logistics, manage documentation and forms, handle calendars and routine correspondence, assist with budgets/invoices, and support small projects to keep department workflows moving.

Collect, process, and reconcile patient payments before and at time of service. Verify insurance eligibility, post payments, reconcile batches, resolve discrepancies, manage payment plans, and communicate billing information while maintaining HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance.

Provide administrative support to an executive while performing inside sales activities: lead follow-up, cold calling, client research, relationship building, recordkeeping, and occasional personal errands. Must travel regularly within Southern California and to Playa Vista 1-2 times weekly.

Lead end-to-end delivery of software and vendor deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage AI/ML implementations, track milestones and risks, provide stakeholder updates, and optimize deployment processes while ensuring documentation and change control.
