Lead the San Francisco and Los Angeles Interiors studios, focusing on design excellence, business development, team mentorship, and financial management for interior projects.

The Intermediate Designer is responsible for developing project portions, creating deliverables, and collaborating on design concepts while managing workloads and deadlines.

Lead firm-wide organic social media and website strategy for English and Chinese sites. Manage day-to-day platform publishing, content calendar, audience growth, measurement/KPIs, social listening, vendor relationships, and creative partners. Create content (photo/video editing), select and implement social tech stack, collaborate with Marketing and Practice groups, build an employee ambassador program, supervise and develop staff, and use data to prioritize content and grow the brand.

Lead proposal preparation and client interview strategy; develop marketing collateral and pursuit strategy; conduct market and client research; manage Salesforce pipeline and business plan implementation; train junior marketing staff; represent firm at client and professional events and support business development.

Manage and develop structural BIM models and drawings, collaborate with engineers to update Revit data and schedules, guide junior BIM staff, produce CAD deliverables, implement firmwide BIM and graphic standards, and identify workflow improvements. May use Tekla, Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper and Dynamo as needed.
